5 Stocks in 5 Minutes | Arsh’s Trade Analysis

Hey, traders. Welcome back to another edition of Five Stocks in Five Minutes. My name is Arsh, and I’m back again to share five of the hottest stocks on my watchlist with you. Some of these include recent trading opportunities that I’ve alerted in previous videos while others are stocks that I’m watching closely for trades in the future. If you want to learn more about this style of trading, make sure to sign up for my training course in the Warrior Pro.

Also, leave your comments and questions below, and I’ll be back to reply later. Let’s get started with today’s video.

Let’s begin this week’s video by going over a trade alert I sent on TMO in my June 3rd video. Considering that it’s been in a strong uptrend since the beginning of 2019, I think that this consolidation is pointing towards a breakout so I would consider going long above this upper yellow trend line.

In the week that followed, the stock began to break out of the consolidation, and I announced a price target of $300 in my June 9th video. Over the period of a month after that breakout, the stock has managed to trend all the way up to the $300 price target, and this has turned out to be an amazing swing trade. So great job to any of our students who were able to trade this setup. If you want to learn more about how to identify trades like these in the future, make sure to take my trading course in the Warrior Pro.

Next up let’s talk about Uber which was a stock I alerted two weeks ago for a long above the 45 level. Here is a clip of the alert that I shared. I’ll be watching it closely to begin building a long position above $45, and I’ll add to the trade above all-time highs. We can see that the stock did in fact make a strong breakout above the 45 level which helped it run up to $47. It had a very hard reversal the next day though, which is why it’s so important to have break even stops on your trades. If you’ve long at 45, you should have been able to take profits on the initial move or gotten stopped out break even if you didn’t lock it in.

I personally broke even on my swing trade calls that I bought for 43 cents but made 250% average profit on the day trade that I took where I was able to buy calls for 25 cents and sell them for 75 cents and a dollar. Overall, this turned out to be a good trade for me even though it didn’t continue to my $50 target.

Moving on, let’s talk about some of the stocks I’m watching closely for trades beginning with Netflix. The stock has been in a major consolidation for the last few months, but it’s not approaching a critical triple top at 385 that’s been in place since July of 2018. With how bullish the overall market has been, I think that there’s a great swing trade long opportunity here above that 385 mark.

So I’m watching the stock closely for a long above that level. We do have earnings coming up, though. So I’ll make sure to close out any positions I have on the stock before then and then reconsider it after earnings.

I’m also watching BYND for a short trade using put options. The stock has had a phenomenal run since its IPO, but we’re starting to see weakness in the price action, and I think there’s a great opportunity to go short here. By connecting these two points on its 60 minute chart, we can identify this trendline that was held today. If prices continue to stay weak, I think that we can see a breakdown below this level. So I’ll be watching it closely to purchase put options below this trend line. There’s no major support until 120, but I’ll be aiming for 135 as one of my targets for this trade.

Finally, we have ZEN which is making a beautiful consolidation here on its daily and 60 minute chart. We can see that the stock has now tested the 86/34 level on three occasions, and it’s also tested this upper trendline on three occasions. That’s a sign that the stock is getting ready to make a move out of this consolidation, and prices are currently pointing higher. So I’ll be watching it for a swing trade long above the yellow trend line. I think can lead it towards the $100 mark before earnings next month.

There’s your five stocks for the week, traders. Good luck in the markets, and I’ll see you in the Large Cap chatroom.

Oh hey, I didn’t see you there. Well I was just working on the dream board for my next home run trade. Hopefully it comes soon. Until then, make sure you subscribe to get email alerts anytime I go live or upload new videos. Until then, happy surfing.
